Board of Directors
Headway Newry Limited is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status. There is a Board of Directors which sets the strategic direction of the group and is responsible for governance issues. The board meets four times per annum or as required.
The members of the Board of Directors are:

• Desie Slevin, Company Secretary (Teacher & Volunteer)
• Michael Downey (Business man and carer)
• Hannah Downey (Carer)
• Jacqueline Goan, BSc Hons, Dip. Reflex MCSP, MHPC, MIRI, IHM, MACPIN (Chartered Physiotherapist)
• Pat Leneghan (Business man)
• John McGinn FCA (Chartered accountant)
